So... I was called racist and prejudiced against Muslims today by a customer. Let me explain. A woman comes into Goodwill to return sixty odd dollars worth of product. It clearly states at the bottom of the woman's receipt and on a very large sign above the registers that a return must be done within seven days of the original purchase. We explained that it is company policy and that we cannot do the return. The store manager and a shift leader are there with me and attempted to explain to her the same thing.
